Andre Lake entered real estate in 2020 with a single focus: turning the dream of homeownership into reality while ensuring sellers secure the best value for their properties. Since 2021 he has expanded his expertise to full-service property management, serving investors and homeowners across New York State. 

Before real estate, Andre spent six years helping homeowners “own their own electricity” as a solar-panel consultant. That experience honed his ability to listen, educate, and advocate,  skills he now channels into every transaction, whether he’s guiding a first-time buyer, crafting a comparative market analysis, or overseeing a rental portfolio.

Serena Joyce White-Lake pairs legal rigor with market savvy to guide clients through every phase of a real-estate deal  whether it’s a first-time home purchase, a commercial acquisition, or a deed transfer. Armed with a Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, she has been structuring and closing residential and commercial transactions for several years. 

As a closing attorney, Serena is known for transforming complex paperwork into clear, actionable steps and for supplying clients with a robust network of lenders, inspectors, and service professionals. Her meticulous legal research and client-first counseling have earned her a steady stream of repeat business and referrals across diverse communities.

Beyond her practice, Serena teaches Real Estate Transactions to law students, staying at the forefront of evolving statutes and best practices,  knowledge she shares freely with every client. Licensed both as an attorney and as a REALTOR®, she seamlessly bridges legal strategy and market insight to secure smooth, timely closings.
